Clare Han is a counsel in Chinese representative office. Her practices on providing legal services for FDI, international business transaction and cross-border dispute settlement. *Waitex International Co. Ltd: Advised clients on V1 auto world daily operating management. Advises clients on out-border investment dispute negotiation and settlement. Advises clients on commercial, regulatory and contentious matters relating to franchise, leasing and labor dispute.

*HNA Group: Advised 245 Park Ave LLC on Joint Venture management company’s structure and operation. Advises client on various overseas investments and leveraged buyouts in US.

*Advised clients on TM Registration in US and China.

*Represented clients deal with civil lawsuits in Federal and Local court in US.
