Clare Han is a counsel in Chinese representative office. Her practices on providing legal services for FDI, international business transaction and cross-border dispute settlement. Familiar with both Chinese and US investment environment, she assists clients dealing with M&A transaction in various sectors. She also provides legal services for domestic and multinational companies on investment structures, JV management and strategic financing.

• HNA Property Holdings: Advised on $463 million acquisition of 850 Third Ave. from Shorenstein and successful protected clients against national indirect expropriation;

• HNA Property Holdings:Advised client on acquisition of 850 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan for over $500 million;

• Waitex International Co. Ltd: Advised clients on V1 auto world daily operating management. Advises clients on out-border investment dispute negotiation and settlement.Advises clients on commercial, regulatory and contentious matters relating to franchise, leasing and labor dispute;

• HNA Group: Advised 245 Park Ave LLC on Joint Venture management company’s structure and operation.Advises client on various overseas investments and leveraged buyouts in US;

• Advised clients on TM Registration in US and China.
