Allen Wu, Esq. is the managing partner of The WK Law Firm. His diverse practice focuses on corporate, securities, banking & finance, business and commercial litigation. Mr. Wu is the Chairman of the Asian American Republican National Federation, and the Executive Chairman of the American Chinese Import & Export Council, one of the largest chambers of commerce in the Asian American community.
Mr. Wu has an excellent legal background. He earned a J.D. from the Law School of University of Pennsylvania. He is well recognized in the American mainstream community and has received numerous honors in business and political areas. With rich legal, business and practical experiences, Mr. Wu has represented numerous domestic and foreign clients in connection with U.S.-China cross border transactions and investment, with particular focus on providing excellent legal services to clients without language and cultural barriers, in both US and China.
Mr. Wu has led his eponymous law firm (with headquarters both in New York and China) in deals with a wide range of specialties -- finance, corporate, securities, media, high-tech, international trade, business claims and litigation -- for many internationally well-known enterprises.
In 2004, Allen Wu, Esq. was awarded the Ellis Island Medal of Honor-A Brilliant Immigrant Award recognized in U.S. Congress Record. Past award winners cover a wide multitude of fields: not only six U.S. Presidents, namely, Bush, Clinton, Carter, Ford, and Nixon, received this Honor, but also the elites from various areas, such as artists, enterprises, astronauts, and commercial leaders.
In recent decade, Allen Wu, Esq. has been travelling across the Pacific Ocean, offering valuable advice to build up a sound business and trade relationship between China and U.S.. He also has received a warm welcome from the related government officials in China.

*HNA Property Holdings: Supported client in the acquisition of 850 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan for over $500 million and in the closing ofsyndicated loan.

*HNA Capital Group: Supported client in financing acquiring the iconic building 33 South Sixth City Center, Minneapolis for over $300 Million from Real Estate magnate Shorenstein.
*HNA Property Holdings: Supported client in acquiring 1180 AOA office building in Midtown Manhattan, assisted in financing and refinancing.
*Represented client in acquiring 757 Third Avenue in Midtown Manhattan and closing financing.
